ver the course of your life, you will probably purchase or sell a home only a few times. I, on the other hand, have been helping clients buy and sell homes for almost a decade. In all, I have seen around XXX transactions successfully completed! So I completely understand just how this major, life-changing transaction can bring with it emotional costs and financial strain. Moving ranks as one of life’s major stresses, but working with a true professional like me will alleviate some of the turmoil and time that the process can take.
Here’s what I don’t do: Just sell or find you a house. Instead I work with you and your family to determine what kind of house will best fit your lifestyle, in effect helping you to obtain the future you dreamed of. I pre-qualify your needs then find the property that fulfills them. Sellers get a wise and trustworthy advocate to guide them through selling a piece of their past so they can pursue their future.
While some agents may boast about their number of listings, the true value of a successful real- estate agent isn’t about listings, it is about the ability to close deals. I am extremely proud of my track record for closing the right deals—that work for my clients—and this is what truly sets me apart. Locally, I close more deals on a more consistent basis than anyone else, making me one of the top 10 sales agents nationwide for ERA.
Whether you are buying your first home or purchasing a magnificent estate, you can trust me to deliver theservice and results you deserve. Incomparable market knowledge, razor-sharp negotiating skills and a thorough dedication to service are the traits that set me apart from my peers and make the the agent for you.
As a New Jersey resident since 1994 and a full-time, real estate professional since 1998, I am thrilled to have climbed the ranks of the profession in a short period of time.. Prior to becoming a realtor, I was a senior corporate executive at Saks Fifth Avenue in Manhattan . I credit this experience with honing my negotiating skills and further developing my already competitive nature, qualities that provide me with an edge when negotiating on your behalf.
I love what I do and probably work too hard at it. Unlike many in this business, I have taken a professional and business-like approach to servicing my clients and work at it on a full-time basis. To excel in this profession, I make myself available seven days a week, day and night. I have always believed that since the emotional and financial implications of real-estate transactions are usually so significant to my clients, a part-time approach to the job just isn’t doing a good-enough job. Whether the deal in question is worth a few hundred thousand dollars or is in the multimillion dollar range, my clients receive the same time, care and attention to detail that a top legal, accounting or estate-planning professional would bestow on their clients. That’s how seriously I take my profession.

Having lived in the area I represent for more than a decade, I know to focus my efforts on the specific communities I know best. I can define the subtle differences between one town and another. Often, it’s these differences that will make you feel most comfortable in your new neighborhood and home. Neighborhoods differ by available schools and daycare facilities, economic information, social activities, community groups, and by the general age-range and life stage of residents.
I specialize in the following communities:
Short Hills, Summit, Millburn, Maplewood and South Orange
I also market homes in the following communities:
Chatham, Madison, Westfield, New Providence, Berkeley Heights, Springfield, Livingston and West Orange
If I do not serve an area you are considering, I will be pleased to refer you to an agent that is much better placed. You can’t be all things to all people, so I understand my limitations and focus on the territory I understand best.

My philosophy is to wholeheartedly achieve my clients’ goals. For sellers, that is to obtain the highest possible price given relative market conditions in a time frame that is best suited to them. For buyers, it is to genuinely connect so that we can identify the exact kind of property that will suit their needs, on a space, price and neighborhood level, then find and seal their match.
My business philosophy and my approach to client service can be summarized in the following points:
- I offer my clients a high level of professionalism and provide a very business-like approach to real estate transactions.
- I adapt well to different clientele and to the different economic realities that may exist in the marketplace.
- My innate ability to negotiate optimal deals and to keep transactions moving smoothly from start to finish is what truly sets me apart.
- I nurture good relationships and cooperate well with real estate agents, attorneys and other professionals involved in transactions.
- My knowledge and expertise of my specific territory is well beyond the norm.
- I am extremely well networked within the real estate community and local business communities I service, meaning I often get a first lead on new properties and market trends.
- I am patient, empathetic and honest. I’m a straight shooter that tells it as it is.
- I have an unwavering commitment to integrity in all my dealings.
- My availability to clients is of utmost importance to me - 7 days a week, day and night.
- Especially for the novice home buyer or seller, it is important to educate my clients on what they should expect every step of the way

I grew up in Brooklyn and went to college there, gaining my BS degree from St. Francis College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. I went on to obtain a MS degree from Rutgers University. My first career was in retail management, working at Saks Fifth Avenue headquarters, ultimately achieving the title of senior corporate executive. A few years after moving to Essex County, I embarked on my real-estate career and approached it with the same focus, drive and integrity that typified my years at Saks Fifth Avenue.
Today, in addition to a fruitful and active career, I enjoy raising my two sons with my husband, and always find time to remain active in the community, particularly through the Junior League of the Oranges and Short Hills, where I am currently serving as treasure of their 90th Anniversary Gala.
